i'm back from my rather extended departure. i wasn't expecting my reflection period to be so... prolonged. BUT I'm back and things should go back to normal.I'm reclaiming my rank as webmaster from armond, hopefully he did well in my absence as im sure he did. i am also retaking the espada exams. (armond, pm me any incomplete exams so i can finish them for you). The site plot shall move forward onto its next phase starting this Saturday. i'd also like all race leaders to preform activity checks for our members, either in a form of a RP meeting or just a standard OC activity check, wither or both will do fine. now lets get this thing going again

Also adding on to this, make sure all Race leaders check the MIA section to see if the member is away. If the member is away and has posted in the MIA area they are safe.
