The ERSD

Extreme Reaitsu Suppression Device. Aka ERSD.

The basis for this is for the beta it will suck the user dry when it's on. It has a dial to control the out put of your reaitsu however the beta sucks ALL of the natural reaitsu that seeps out. The design is to be able to suppress most of this in order for someone to move stealthy and with no ability to sensing it. The ERSD looks like a thick dog or cat collar.

After beta testing is finished and all this, the collar will be adjustable to withhold a certain amount of reaitsu for the person. It will have a small dial at the front to adjust the reaitsu exerted. It has several settings.

Now these settings do not add reaitsu but merely allow that much of the users reaitsu to be expelled naturally or used in combat. This means that the user has to have that much reaitsu to release or else they will be on full essentially. Only Henji can take it on or off and he is the only one in beta or alpha versions to control the suppression rates.
