Bankai and 2nd Res rules

Bankai Rules:

1) Must be AT LEAST captain in level
NOTE: This is Captain in LEVEL, not POSITION. So you can still be a Lieutenant and have a bankai.

2) Must type up a training post of 1.5k words. This post will be looked over by an Admin. If it is O.K'd then good. If it isn't, don't sit there and quit. Edit it and try again.

3) Must be an ACTIVE member.



2nd Res. Rules:

1) Must be AT LEAST at the level of the 4th Espada. (you guys can argue against that. My thing is why should anyone but those as strong as the top four get a second release?)

2) Must type up a training post of 2k words. This will be looked over by an Admin. If it is O.K'd then good. If it isn't, don't sit there and quit. Edit it and try again. (It is 2k rather than 1.5K because a 2nd res is far stronger than a bankai, and as such should require more work)

3) Must be an ACTIVE member
