General Apperance:

Artemis Vegra is a shinigami looking the age of 18. Her chest is small compared to most woman but 'handsized'. Her hair is chestnut brown with a red hint. Her eyes are a dark brown that change to a black when angry or depressed. She's a masochist. Her body is slim and she can never seem to find clothes that fit her well. She has a very bold step, standing upright most of the time. Her eyes narrowed with her suspicion of the world. The sound of her voice is gentle and usually barely above the wind. Often she has many different hairstyles, ranging from a ponytail to french braids. She however, prefers to wear it down where it reaches a bit below her shoulder. Her skin is seemingly ghostly white, but with a strange hue that almost makes her glow and her lips are a soft pink as well, usually pulled into a semi-frown. She has a scar over her left eye.

Personality:
She tends to keep to herself and has a 'cold essence'. Most people recieve a cold glare from her since she blocks herself off not to get hurt. On a few occassiona, people can find her in a gentler mood where they find she isn't mean necesarrily. She doesn't talk much, but loves to have fun with friends and dresses usually in blacks and silvers. She is a highly kind person to those who are precious to her. She stands her ground and is very stubborn when it comes to her ideals. She keeps to her goals and refuses to back down. The thing she hates most is hurting people. Of all the things she does, hurtiung people is something she hates herself for. Very isolated, she is an independant woman weho dioesn't like recieving nor asking for help. Her emotions tend to flare though and she gets highly defensive, usually ending up snapping at someone. Noone seems to be able to read her feelings, as she keeps them inside of her. She is slightly pessimistic when the topic relates to herself, but she is very positive in conversations with other. As well she sticks high to the rule, If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all.

Born one year after the beginning of the war, Artemis didn't get much attention. Her parents mainly set their focus on her older brother and rejected her existence slightly. The fdact that she was sickly the first years of her life did not help. She was incredibly young when her parents died and instead of being under her brother's watchful eye, she was placed under the care of the Vegra family uncle. Though she was of noble birth, very few knew of Artemis' existence and even her brother tended to deny she was real.

The Vegra family was one of the few pure-blood noble lines and next to her brother, they were the only two left. The next chunk of her life was spent treated like a proincess and learning the roles a woman should have in the household. For a long time she went without a blade and her teachers mainly focused on the arts of nobility, meaning she spent her days with a book in hand.

After a while, she recieved her lessons in kenjutsu. Though she worked hard, she couldn't seem to release it. Her spirit's soul would never reveal itself. It wasn't too long after that she was pulled from kenjutsu and placed into regular basic martial arts. Around the age of 1991, She was arranged to be wed to another nobleman. Though this was never discussed with her, she was told his name Henji Hiorako. There first meeting would be in 10 years. As she set out, she sought to find him as told by her parents. Though it was not usual for a noble woman to go without a guard, she managed her trip, miraculously unscathed and now searches for him.
