Personality: Paul is a complex individual. At times he can be rude, immature, vulgar, and just doesn’t give a damn. But at the same time he can act quite serious and caring. At first glance and seeing how he acts one would think he is a simple minded fool, only living for the pleasure of money and power. But this is not the case, Paul has a deep mind that isn’t shown often around others, He thinks of complex things such as the world and people’s mind sets. Paul’s personality can often be-related to that of an Anti-hero, still keeping that bad guy persona but deep down he knows the right thing to do and often does it. He lives his life based on his core conviction, of the world and others.
Paul can be considered very arrogant sometimes

Around people he can be quite rude and even untrusting, but in the end he can be trusted if your life is truly at stake, which makes him quite loyal to friends and comrades. But he demands that same loyalty in return for his own. Around his work he is quite serious, with having a laid back persona unless its something that interests him. Bio: Paul spent his early childhood in the slums of District 3, it was there that made him into the man he is today. It was him and his mother only, his father was superhuman that had been killed for betrayal and his struggle to freedom. His mother not blessed with powers could only watch and move on, for the sake of her son. Growing up with other children around him, Paul had grown to be very loyal and capable child. He made friends, and would stick with them through anything. His best freind was Mike, who was ten years old like Paul. They were close, and did everything together even steal, fight, run and cause all types of trouble.

Many could count on them to get things done, they had become quite popular. Living in district 3 was very hard and almost imposible, Paul had to steel and fight to get him and his mother some food. Although his mother did not approve Paul had no choice but to keep doing it, for they would starve to death. One night Paul and Mike was out about to steal food from a house, but then suddenly he was attacked by a low level hollow. Attacks from hollows was common in district 3, since it was night time it made it even more worse for Paul. Behind that one hollow was two more awating for some feasting. Paul and Mike made a run for it quickly, but they were easily caught by the hollows.

Mike got slashed on his lower right leg he couldnt run anymore. Paul looked backed at and started to run towards him. It was already to late...Mike was killed right before his eyes, he was stabbed in the back by two of the hollows. Paul was too scared to move, his best friend died right before his eyes what was a ten year old boy to do. He felt anger, rage, he wanted vengence. His father popped into his mind and thats when it happened Paul's powers activated...everything else is a blur to him on that night.
He woke up in his bed, trying to remember what happened yesterday night. The only he rememberd was Mike dieing and a image of three dead hollows on the floor. It was this that made Paul more colder, and more rude believing friendships never last.

Three years later Paul had finally begun to actually use his powers at his will. Instead of hiding and sneaking for food and survival, Paul began to fight back with his own power. He started to call himself by his last name Vega, thought it sounded cooler then Paul. He was making a name for himself though he started to get feared by lower level hollows and the more powerful ones where hearing his name way too often. He was getting arrogant and cocky as time passed. But he knew he wasnt the strongest in District 3 there was the quincies, and other bounts althought they havent done that much to change things. It wasnt untill Vega caught the attention of two arrancars, before things changed again.

Vega just finihed fighting a group of hollows, but faster then he could react he was cut along his back. Then again on his chest, two arrancars appeared one infront and one behind. There faces both pale and emotionless. Paul was falling down slowly to his quick defeat.

One of them spoke slowly. "Paul Vega I assume...from hear on this day your mother will be taken by us...if you want her to live then you will stop killing my kind. And help watch over this land making sure no other worthless humans like you attempt to revolt. If not... she dies, words directly from the lord himself. I hope you make the correct decision." The two arrancars vanished without sight. Leaving Vega there almost lifeless.

Ten years had passed since then. Vega now 23 years old, his power had grown substantiality. He is done with watching over his own kind, as if they are slaves. Done with being ruled over, by Sin. He wants to lead other superhumans to a path of freedom. He plans to find more like him and find his mother...and finally end Sin's reign of terror. But first he must ally himself with the Shinigami...
