Personality:

Hiato is a easy enough guy to get along with , he though has a very high skill of determination and and a good tactic level. He is smart but not a jackass about it. He deovotes alot of his time to help as many as he can how ever he can so unless your helping him with it you might not speak to him much. He is a kind hearted man but has some hard edges after losing everything he once knew to the Arrancar. He now has some hated feelings for them. He dislikes having any knowledge of knowing people who help him. He is fine with you but if you cross him he may never trust you again. But if you stay on his good side he will try to help you in anyway he can. Hiato has though gotten alittle more quiet and more and more angry at the hollows and arrancars everyday.

Bio:

Hiato joined the Seritei 345 years before the birth of Sin. Hiato had originally planned to live a nice normal life. He lived in the Rukgunkai district 75. He was the local " Good guy " that helped the citizens. He was hated by most of the people there as most were doing the cause he stoped. Until one day a Hollow attacked him. Hiato was walking close by the gate when one slipped through. He though he could fight it so he took a piece of metal and hit it once. The holle tossed it from him and kicked him to the floor. He was getting ready to devour him when a blade sliced right through him. He was saved by a passing Shinigami. Hiato wanted to learn to protect himself and others since that moment.

He joined the Academy with joy. He excelled at Sword fighting but he lacked at Kidou skills. He most likely excelled at swordsmanship because when he was Human he lived as a Samurai in Japan. Skill might have traveled with his sould minus the memorys. He had died during a major battle beetween a local Dayimo wanting more power and waging war against the Shogun.

He spent most of his time training or studying for a up coming exam. Hiato had a few friends though he never saw them after the academy.He passed with just the requierments for Kidou. He got # 3 in Swordmanship though. When he passed he was assigned to Squad 13. He didnt get any ranked position.

Hiato trained alot almost non-stop. When people asked he said " So i can be recongized and I can handle my self and protect others better. " He eventually made it to 4th seat in squad 13. He felt proud of himself. He started to help people around the Serietei and even in the Human world. He killed Lots of Hollows. He felt that he should have been promoted soon.

One day when he returned to the Soul Soceity he found out they were on high alert. Sin the new and Ultimate Arrancar was coming. Hiato thought this was his moment. He helped the Shinigami hold off the forces. He even killed a few Arrancars. When Byakyua orded a retreat from the Soul Soceity Hiato wanted to stay. He was determined not lose the Serietei and save as many as he could. He noticed it was a good idea when he saw Kenpachi being bested.

They ran with many of the other shinigami. He didnt go with a fight though. He told Byakuya he wanted to go back and help Kenpachi but Byakuya had to knock out Hiato to get him to come with them. When Hiato awoke they were in there current spot in Africa , Human world. He searched and searched but found none of his family or friends. He vowed that he will see Sin die before he does.

Hiato helped with along of many other Shinigami to make a new tempeorary Seritei in there curent spot in the Sahara Desert , Africa. He feels he did a decent job. Hiato once or twice left the encapment to the human world. He tried to save as many as he could from being devoured for hollows dinner. He slayed many of them.

Each time he left he awoke back in the encampment. He was injured , badly. But besides his injurys once he healed he went back out. In the end Byakyua told him if he does it again he wouldn't send anyone out after him again. He begged Byakuya atleast to make him Captian of squad 13 before he left for division 0...
