Name: Milla et Molla (No translation... They're just two names..)

Visual Age: 18 and "mid" 20's

Likes:

Milla: Lounging about, relaxing, strolling around the open field that is their domain.

Molla: Fighting, arguing, and generally setting things on fire. A bit of a pyromaniac.

Habits: Milla's main habit is to sleep until woken up, either through battle or conversation. She also occassionally bites her nails when nervous.

Molla, however, tends to be unable to help mocking Milla, often critising her battle techniques. This also extends to Methias, causing a bit of friendly tention between the two.

Personality:

Milla is the manifestation of all things calm, which becomes clear whenever she is around. She is very pleasant, yet beneath the lovely exterior, you can just tell she is a hurricane awaiting to be released.

Molla could be claimed to be the mirror opposite. Her destructive nature is about as firey as her bright red hair. She would happily argue with anyone about anything, but beneath it all, is incredibly protective of her sister and master.

Inner World: Their inner world could only be descriped as how the earth was before humans destroyed it. An open field, the wind gently blowing against short strands of grass, a single tree utop a hill. Just across the way, a small lake, mirroring the blue sky above it, a few puffy white clouds decorating the area. Utop the hill, would sit a young woman in white. Milla, would be her name. Another spirit, dressed in the deepest of reds, would sit across the lake, her name being Molla.

Connection to Master: Methias is equally close to both Milla and Molla, as both seem to represent the two sides to his own personality. Milla, the calm, happy, and elegant side, and Molla, the firey, passionate, and destructive side. Due to this, you could say that they are both incredibly connected to Methias in a different way from one another.

Looks: Methias' Katana's are relatively odd, namely because of the fact he has two. Indeed, Methias has a rare Dual Wielded Zanpaktou. However, they are both not identical. The first, the blade of Milla, has a white hilt, and a blade that is around a foot longer than average, around 40 inches in length. Due to this, most would think that it would be hard to dual weild, yet the blade seems to be as light as a feather, almost as if carried by the wind itself. The second, the blade of Molla, has a red hilt, and is slightly shorter than the average Katana, around 20 inches. Due to this, Methias holds Milla in his right (Stronger) hand, and Molla in his left. This allows him to use the longer of the blades to slash, and the shorter to attack the vital spots of his opponents.

Release Phrase: Come to me, Milla et Molla.

Looks: Methias' Shikai is again, somewhat unusual by most standards. Instead of becoming another pair of blades, his morph into a pair of gloves. The right handed glove is white, with a small amount of blue decorating the center, shaped in a sign that seems to represent wind. The left glove is red, a black flame being shown in the middle. Both gloves seem to be made of a hardened alloy, yet cause no damage to his hands when he attacks.

Family: Wind / Fire

Special Ability: Elemental Mastery: Methias has the control over both the elements of Wind and Fire, within each of his gloves. Due to this, he is able to conjure fire and wind from the gloves, and manipulate them in his bidding.

Techs:

Wall of fire: Using the element of fire (Molla), Methias creates a wall of flames from his left glove. He is then able to use the element of wind (Milla) to spread the wall, and infact make it more ferocious and powerful, yet still remain under his control. This wall grows into a raging flame the longer it is active.
Duration: 3 posts, CD: 4 posts.

Raining fire: Using the same abilities he does with Wall of Fire, he creates a huge amount of fire, which he then send propelling into the air with the wind element. Due to the wind, which also has oxygen within it, they grow in size and power as they rise into the air, eventually falling to the ground at the size of bowling balls. These have no homing ability, and just fall from the sky, making the battle field harder in which to avoid damage. Around 30 fireballs are made, each capable of causing slightly more damage than a Bala.
Fired instantly, takes a post before the rain begins. Rain lasts for 2 posts. (Fire, 1 post + 2 posts = 3 post duration)
CD: 4 posts.

Flame wave: Methias crosses his gloves, and then activates them both together. The net result is that he creates a stream of fire, shooting out forwards akin to a flamethrower.
Fired instantly. Duration: Same post as it was fired.
CD: 2 posts

Multi-Fireball: Methias creates several small orbs of fire (Around 8 ), which he then projects at his opponents. These aren't particularly damaging, but can cause a low level burn, and mild pain when they / if they connect. These home into the opponents ORIGINAL location, and is generally used to control the opponents movements.
CD: 0
Duration: Same post as fired.

Blazing Hurricane: At the peak of elemental control, Methias creates an abundance of fire, so much that it could cover around ten meters around him. As he does this, he uses Milla to spead wind around him. After he does this, the wind and fire dance together, creating a huge hurricane, him being at the center. While the center is calm, the outside is engulfed in flames. The hurricane is around 20 meters high, and 13 meters in width. This ability is easily the most powerful he has in his arsenal at Shikai. It is argued that the safest place to be if he uses this technique is in the eye.
Duration: 3 posts
CD: 8 posts.

Release Phrase: Ban-Kai

Looks: Methias' gloves disappear, instead creating a single blade. This blade is almost monstrous, its size being around 60 inches in length, and 10 inches in width. However, the blade is light enough to be wielded in one hand if the user should please. The hilt itself, is shaped normally until the guard. It is shaped like a dragons mouth, and the Blade of the sword grows out from the mouth. The blade is pointed at the center, and both sides are sharpened, making it a weapon truly suited for killing.

Family: Wind/Fire

Special Ability: The ability is the same as the Shikai, yet more extensive in its control, and the amount it produces. Utop of this, both elements are released as the blade is swung, fire and wind seemingly coating the blade whenever it moves.

Techs

Dragon of the Red Flame: Methias swings his blade forwards, a huge, 40 foot flame serpent arising from his blade, which shoots towards his opponent. It has the ability to home in on the opponent, yet can be destroyed like a physical being. Any attack that would injure an Espada above number 4 would destroy the dragon. If shattered, it creates mulitple fireballs which then rain from the sky (Exactly like Raining Fire, only around 4 times the amount. Around 120 fireballs). If the dragon manages to connect, it would be as if the opponent was hit by a Kido of around level 85. This follows the opponent until destroyed or contact is made.
Duration: Until contact is made / 4 posts maximum
CD: 3 posts after contact is made, or is destroyed. (Cooldown doesn't begin until this hits.)

Inferno: Methias stabs his blade into the ground. As he does this, fire bursts from the ground all around him, damaging anyone within 20 foot. These flames do not injure Methias, yet cause great pain to anyone else in the area.
CD: 2 posts
Duration: 2 posts

Scorch: Methias has to ability to cause anything he points his blade at to set on fire. This has to be done with the tip of the blade. Due to this, he is considered most dangerous in close combat. The fire is capable of causing anything up to 3rd degree burns. This ability also requires one second to be used after the blade is pointed at the opponent, and because of this, is somewhat easier to dodge.

add cooldowns to the techs. Everything else looks fine. the tech "scorch" however may become a problem BUT im willing to accept it as long as you realize it will be looked upon closely.

How many fireballs can you launch?

I think there is a typo in your Dragon attack thing for bankai, and what happens if they manage to dodge it? Do you just fire again until it hits?
